Send me the facts.
A few lines is enough. What happened, roughly when, and what you would like to be different. In English, Lithuanian or Russian.

What happens next
- 01
You get a reply, not a brochure
I read every enquiry myself. What comes back is whether I can help, what it would cost, and what happens first.
- 02
Usually within one working day
Where something is time-critical, say so in the first line and it moves to the front.
- 03
No charge to find out
Establishing whether you have a matter I can take is not billable work, and it is not treated as if it were.
Where I am
Most matters run entirely by email and video, in either country. Where a meeting helps, it happens in London or Vilnius.

Before you send anything
Sending an enquiry does not create a solicitor-client relationship, and nothing in a reply to a first enquiry is legal advice on your matter. A conflict check and a written engagement come first.
For that reason, please do not send confidential documents or privileged material with a first enquiry. Describe the situation instead. Once I confirm I can act, I will tell you how to send documents securely.
If you are unhappy with the service you receive, the complaints procedure is set out in the terms of business, and the Legal Ombudsman is available if a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction.
